Visiting the website
The website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA in Switzerland. When you open a page, the server records technical data: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, and your browser and operating system. This data is needed to deliver the website and keep it secure; we do not use it to identify you.
Cookies
The website only sets the two cookies it needs to work: a session cookie, and a security token that protects the contact form against forged submissions. The session, which includes your IP address and browser, is kept on the server and expires two hours after your last visit. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and the fonts are served by this website, not by Google.
Contact form
When you send a message, we receive your name, your e-mail address and your message. They are stored with our hosting provider in Switzerland and forwarded to our mailbox, also hosted in Switzerland. We use them only to answer you and, if you commission a watch, to follow up on your project. We do not pass them on to third parties, and we delete them once they are no longer needed.
Links to other services
The links to Google Maps, Instagram and other websites only open those services when you click them. From then on, their own privacy policies apply, and your data may be processed outside Switzerland.
Your rights
You may ask at any time which data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its processing: write to info@dyw-bespoke.ch. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the EU, with your national data protection authority.
